One of my favorite things to do is read an auto(biography) of a an amazing musician, songwriter, or band while listening to their entire discography. It completely brings you into their world and will make you a fan for life.

You may not appreciate the music until you understand the context of where it all came from. My favorite combo was when I read Miles Davis’ autobiography and as each album is discussed I’m diving straight into it. It was a perfect way to learn about jazz.
