I read several very lenghty books throughout 2022 because I was trying to finish Robin Hobb’s 18 book series. The last few books are 1000+ pages. So instead of a week to read a book it’d go into two or three weeks per book. The avg. page length dropped from the really cool sci-fi series that Amazon put out via their Original Stories. That series turned me wanting to read N.K. Jemisin’s novels — which I have lined up for 2023.
